A roof replacement can take two to three days, depending upon the size and pitch of the roof and other factors. We will let you know what to expect before we begin the project.
Some noise is to be expected, although we do everything possible to minimize it. We also make sure our roofing replacement process goes as speedily as possible – without detracting from quality – to minimize the amount of time noise is occurring.
Because we use high-quality materials from GAF and install them with industry best techniques, you can expect the roof to last for approximately five decades (with proper maintenance).
We are a GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor and Installer, so Renaissance Roofing Southern Oregon is able to offer you a 50-year non-pro-rated warranty for the residential roofs we install. If repair or replacement must occur during the warranty period, you will not be responsible for any costs.
